A: Yes! Each creation is handcrafted from individually selected glass pieces, so every pendant, ring, bracelet, wine stopper, and canasta rack is unique. No two items are exactly alike.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Only high-quality, durable materials are used in our creations, from hand-painted glass tiles to
polished metals. Each piece is designed to last while keeping its vibrant, artistic flair. Chains may
be Black wax cords or Stainless ball chains.

Q: Can I customize a piece?
A: We love collaborating! Contact us to discuss custom designs — whether it’s a special color palette, size, or style, Michelle can work with you to create something truly personal.

Workshops

Q: What can I expect in a workshop?
A: Workshops are hands-on, fun, and guided by Michelle. You’ll learn mosaic techniques, work with glass pieces, and take home a creation you made yourself. All skill levels are welcome.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: No! All materials, tools, and safety supplies are provided. Just bring your creativity and curiosity.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes! We ship across the country. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. We use USPS
Ground advantage for tracking to ensure your pieces arrive safely and secure! Flat fee for 1 to 3
pieces is $6. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders 2-3 days.​

Q: How do I care for my mosaic jewelry?
A: Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to water. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to keep the pieces sparkling.
